Come out to Cooke Park to learn the process of maple sugaring including how to identify a maple tree and tapping the tree. A demonstration will be given every 30 minutes by wagon ride or hike. Warm up in the lodge and enjoy all you can eat pancakes with fresh local maple syrup, free syrup sampling, and free sample jars for the first 50 people. Donations appreciated and syrup will also be available for purchase.
