Wifflefest is an Ashland tradition. It is simple backyard baseball, except with four players instead of nine, and wiffleballs instead of baseballs. The four players are a pitcher, catcher, and two outfielders. Teams from all around will gather to compete in various tournaments, which play on fields that have been meticulously built to 1/3 to 1/4 the scale of actual major league baseball fields.
