Chair yoga is a gentle approach to yoga--accessible to any body. Chair yoga is practiced sitting on a chair or standing using chair for support. Practicing yoga in this way will establish and improve strength, flexibility, and balance. During this 4-week workshop, Niki will guide you in ways to use a chair to get all the benefits of yoga while feeling safe and supported.
