Join us for our red, white, and blue parade of kids in strollers, kids on bikes, and kids in wagons! We will kick it off at 1 on South Street (in front of Substance Church) and parade up Center Street to Freer Field and Ashland BalloonFest! All children are invited to particpate in their non-motorized vehicles. There will be awards handed out for the best decorated conveyance and most patriotic child. Please join us along Center Street to cheer these kids on (and cheer their parents pushing them up the hill)!
